PTA

Links between school and home are vital to the success of a student’s time with us. The school’s PTA was re-formed in 2011 in order to involve parents even more in the life of the school, and to organise fund raising and social activities. The PTA committee comprises parents and staff members who meet informally on a regular basis to discuss ways to raise funds, to involve the school within the local community and to further improve links between school and home. All parents and carers are welcome to come along to any of our meetings or events.

Money raised from events is used in a variety of ways to enrich the students’ experiences whilst they are with us. In order to reinforce our links with our community, some events are also held to jointly support school and charities outside school.
