YEAR PLAN

Year 9

Students in Year 9 study Food Preparation and Nutrition and have 4 lessons a fortnight for the duration Produce a range of healthy products using a range of different cookery skills of the academic year. Two lessons are covering theory element of the course and two involve developing practical cookery skills.
