Family Support & Safeguarding Manager

Grade 7 (Full Time, Term time only + 3 weeks)

Endeavour Learning Trust, based at Tarleton Academy, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Family Support and Safeguarding Manager to work alongside pastoral staff across our partnership of schools.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management, an ability to prioritise need and be able to forge collaborative working relationships with colleagues at all levels in the Partnership. This role will require attendance at meetings which support the well-being of students; developing and implementing early intervention plans which help our most vulnerable or disengaged students to secure improved outcomes.

You will have a clear understanding of statutory safeguarding and guidance. Additionally, you will be familiar with the external support students and their families can draw upon, in order to facilitate access to appropriate intervention. It is essential that you are focused, resilient, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a wide team, whilst demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in the recording and sharing of information about the well-being of students at the Partnership. You will need to be digitally literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This post would be suitable for experienced candidates who have worked within a school, social care or community support setting. The Partnership is focused on providing CPD for all staff to help bring about the best outcomes for our students as a result of outstanding professional expertise. There will be a requirement to travel to other establishments.

Administration Assistant – Inclusion and Intervention

Grade 3 (Term time + 5 Days) – Part Time 25 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and well organised Administration Assistant to be part of our Student Services Team providing administration support for Inclusion and Intervention. The post would be ideal if you are highly motivated with the ability to prioritise your workload. You will also need to have the confidence to work independently and to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated and supportive professionals who are committed to providing outstanding learning experiences and raising achievement for all our students. Our support staff are a valuable part of this commitment to our students, providing vital support for all stakeholders. This newly created role will provide exciting and varied opportunities, a flexible approach to work is therefore essential.

The primary purposes of this role are:

· To provide administrative support to the Inclusion, Intervention and particularly the Special Educational and Additional Needs functions of the school.

· To carry out day to day responsibility for regular administrative tasks under the guidance of the line manager.

· To interact with students, staff, families, agencies and other appropriate adults in support of the Inclusion and Intervention teams
